a guy has 92 vx hatchback for sale. it has about 220,000 miles and the engine heistates. proablly switch engines though. he is selling it for 1,300? good deal? oh yea it has no carpet or insulation tar but after that is it complete.

Exactly. Seemingly little problems like small rust bubbles or dents in the car will bring value down fast.

But this seems like a good deal.
