front or back?
accord 6th gen have one of the easiest honda to get the bumper loose, i can remove mine in 1 min..no bullshit..prolly i take it off all the time.
for front bumper removal..
open the hood take out the plug on the grill/grille thing(different for coupe and sedan)
take a long screw driver(+) and take out the screw on the topper and lower edge of the bumper. then all it's left are the plastic plugs on the bottem of the front bumper..
about 3-4 of them. Yank it out nice and slow.
