My rear quarter panel is rusting out right at the edge no and a whole new piece would have to get welded and molded in. I was thinking about puting flares on then cutting the metal fender out. I also wanted to know what the best way to mold it would be.

 

best way to mold them??? couple layers of fiberglass,..couple layers of bondo to smooth it out,..and then pray to god it doesnt crack (it will,...even LJs cracked) mine hasnt cracked after 2 years but it will,..its starting to show signs

 

I don't think that there about... but I'm sure a body shop can custom fender flares to your ride. There was this picture on this forum not too long ago - it was a 4-dr civic with custom fender flares... it was OFF THE HOOK, dood. It also had black rims with a HUGE polished lip. I think if you get to see that picture you would like to go down that route as well. Someone must have saved that picture and can post it back up for us to drool over.
