91 hatch w/b16 turbo fitting problems
i have 91 hatch w/b16 drag 3 manifold garett t3/t4 turbo, but i had to run the intercooler piping through the core support. i now need to find a radiator that will fit. i have a fan just need a radiator. any help you can provide will be greatly appreaciated. thanks
the radiator out of a 94 dohc del sol is a full size rad but half the length
they say with the 92-95 civic rad the re bar needs to be chopped severly so i'm trying to keep it some what simple. my friend has a 92-95 civic with the stock rad and a smaller fan he runs 11.75 and has no cooling problems

no way. those half raditors will do the same amount of work to cool as the big chunky EF radiators? i'm going to look into this. Any fab that needs to be done?

k we know the biggeer the better the radiator
personally i think the EF ones are really good radiators.... my car never overheats and i even have the fan disconected
anyways.. liek they said try a del sol or 5G civic radiator...
if u way that the cut needs to be done.... what about the Neon radiator i keep hearing that fits??? personally i dont know a lot but i have heard that the neon's its small and fits

my fan isnt working either and have been driving a year or so without it. Yet the car doesn't overheat unless i let the car idle for 15minutes or so. Fluidyne rocks.

I don't understand how you routed your pipes so that your radiator doesn't fit...
Mine has a hole cut in the support at the drivers side of the radiator and my stock radiator fit fine.
I run a 92-95 civic Fluidyne right now and it was no walk in the park to fit in. But it works fine, better than fine actually.

i'm running place racing mounts. and the reason i routed the piping through where the radiator goes is because it was either that or hack up the front crossmember and have the piping 1 inch of the ground

why do you say that? my friend has a 95 hatch with a b18c1 and a drag 3 turbo setup with the stock half radiator it works fine

Do you have any pix of how you routed the intercooler piping? What intercooler are you using ? I just did the same thing on my car but I eliminated the washer bottle , made a hole and ran the piping there . I am also using a delsol radiator no problem.
I have a 90 CRX with a b16a turbo and the Place Racing mounts and I ran my intercooler piping through the hole beside the rad, I had to make it a little bigger but it works fine and I used my stock rad
