Ok I have done, to me, a ton of stuff to my car the past 3 years, but it's far from done. I am going off to Berry College this fall and need to get my car "finished" up... My done list is something like....
---> KVR cdrilled disks in front, 90 Si Rear LCR's w/CRX sway bar, custom exhaust w/2.5 inch piping, stock B16a1 w/j1 trans, HKS intake, aluminum radiator, jdm vtec tails, 90 Si front and back seats, decent stereo (done w/it though), CRX armrest, Momo steering wheel, unknown 13" wheels & sumitomo tires, and more misc. crap....
My to-(hopefully) do list... In rough order...
--->New shocks and springs (i want about a 2" drop or 1.5", don't mind a hard ride, but thought H & R race springs, but what kind of adj. struts?)
-->Energy sus. poly. bushing kit....gonna replace them all...180000+ miles on the clock (prob. will thank me)
-->Needin some bigger, or nicer wheels. I think 15" will suit me. But not sure what kind. I like the Mugen's but too much $$, also some mesh centered/polished lip would be nice to get.
-->Jdm front end conversion...to then repaint my car possibly Lexus dark metallic grey, BMW metallic grey, or a "Ford Mustang Dark Shadow Grey Clearcoat Metallic"pulled from ford site........also while shaving rear wiper, rear keyhole,keeping oem badging (except the correct sir badge), 4 door rear handles w/a nice alarm, shave antenna and replace w/a new civic antenna (or nockoff). Color match the bumpers (duh) but get a red pinstripe to go all around the car in the little indents in the trim (like the pic), or black pinstripe
-->rear disk breaks
-->slightly tint the windows....this is just b/c i have blue interior and prob wont have the money for a recover for a while.....also tint looks nice....if not too dark.
-->redo interior in black leather center/tweed side bolsters...recover doors w/black vinyl--90 gauge hood w/jdm cluster or 94-00 teg cluster....

Thats "about it"....i would just like some opinions on what I might be forgettin about. I hope to not go over 3k on all of this, and would like to do it w/2k, but we all know how that goes....heres a pic chopped of course....thanks to the owner "ef9jdm" for lettin me chop his car.....

You will probably get a million different answers to this type of post because everyone has different tastes.

For me I would NOT get the following items on your list:

Cross drilled rotors
HKS intake (why would you want this? AEM is much better)
JDM lights, or JDM anything for that matter. You might as well put a "Hey all you Stunnaz, come steal me" sign on your car.
13" steel wheels (why on earth would you want those?)

 

My guess is that they're the stock steel wheels that came with the car.

like Steve91 said, you're gonna get a whole lot of different answers. and it doesnt really matter what we say anyways, its all up to you. although I can understand you're just looking for ideas.

The list looks good to me, although personally, i dont think you'll benefit much from cross-drilled rotors, you can spend the money from those elseware. Paint job, wheels, tint, pinstriping all sounds like decent things to do and are a few of the things that I'd do if i were you.

I already have the cdrilled rotors, intake<----(i got this when i was poorer than i am now...), taillights<----(old ones got screwed up), and 13'' wheels<---(for free & better than bottlecaps)...and no they arent stock....(brand is Central...i believe)

And I am definately going to do the front end, just b/c its so much better looking in my opinion than the us version, and my front half is beyond ghetto. its so nasty to me...i need new hood,fenders,bumper,headlights, and trim thing. And in Ga. you dont got to worry as much about ur car being jacked for "jdm" parts....(nock on wood)

the paint idea is hopefully going to be original and won't be copied by many...hehe...jk...just a cool idea i thought. now for the $$

 

I would get some light 15's with good tires on them, and upgrade your brakes rotors to something larger rather than cross drilled. Cross drilled rotors actually stop you more slowly, less surface area for the pad to grip. Under any kind of normal driving conditions you wont need drilled rotors that simple!

 

I love your taste in paint... BMW metallic grey is exactly what my eye is set on too! but don't get the red pin stripes, that would kill it

and IMO, keeping the bumpers / side moldings black on that paint would look good

If you really plan on doing all this.... then you have alot of work ahead of you! (cough, bushings...)

 

How about some cams and a header? Be careful with your ride around college kids.. I don't think I'd do a whole lot of visual mods for that reason.

yeah i hear it is, but i plan to come home every other weekend to see my friends and such. i dunno im still gonna do the red pin stripe, but if i dont like it ill take it off.
