88 CRX Suspention to 89-91

What parts do I have to change to use the rear shock for the 89-91. Is it just the LCA's or is there another part that has to be changed?

The LCA will do it. Since you have an HF, it would be a good idea to get SI LCA's so you have the mounting holes for a rear sway bar. You can get factory SI rear sway bars for dirt cheap from people who upgraded to larger rear bars.
