Toda A or Jun II?
Mike K compared a set of Toda As to the JUN 2 int./ITR ex. cam.
On a dyno the JUN 2/OEM combo made more power and had a fatter powerband than the Toda As. Both setups were tuned with cam gears.
Doesn't necessarily mean that the JUN 2 intake cam is superior, but I'd sure as hell give it a try since I'd only be paying for one cam.

I ran JUN2 IN and EX cams for a long time.... Great midrange and peak 229hp (190whp) at 8100rpm...
Cams showed no signs of wear after 40k km..
Now I`m running OEM cams again, just like many drivers who are through with this cam thing, which is not worth all that money and stress...

what stress would that be? just curious
i love my A's
i love my A's
I better spend the money in suspension work, stiffness, better rims and tires... Makes the car a lot faster and I can stick with OEM quality.
Mild cams.... well..
Just for daily driving around => You don`t need it
For draggin` ==> You better choose JUN 3 oder Toda c
For track-racing => There are thousands of other things you should do first that make more sense..
well i disagree with mike k because i ran a's and i they had a better power band than the jun 2/itr setup which i ran. its all tuning ask sgt, or samaroo or jeff at IB. steve
tuned both setups for me. the only time the jun 2/itr setup was better was from 6500rpm or so up to 9000rpm...its tuning, opinoin and personal preference when it comes to cams. look how many people can tune jun3 cams for the mid and low end of a toda spec c cam when supposedly the jun cams are all high end hp. again choose a cam best adapted to what you do most with your car

intake
header
exhaust
flywheel
final drive
hondata
2 layer head gasket
camgears
suspension
roll bar
harness
bucket seat
Tires
Brake pads and fluid
I'm going to be swapping out the Cam gears and changing the head gasket anyways. I "might as well" get a set of mild cams and sell my stock ones, I'll only be out a couple hundread bucks.
Something to consider. Once you get cams, your warranty is over. Even if you switch back to stock, its still over. Just make sure you get it installed by a good mechanic.
I've seen impressive dyno graphs with Jun2's. I would give those a shot.

what about vs. skunk2 stage 1....not stage 2 which is almost exactly like the JUN III's
....
just wondering if anyone had any feedback on them..
even if i just had CTR cams i'd still want cam gears, bolt ons and dyno tuning...
was it EPGONZALEZ who was hittin 200whp with his ITR cams...?
course he had no cat i think..but still..not like a testpipe is gonna give you
10-15 hp vs. carsound...atleast i don't think...
edit: better midrange, skunk2 stage 1, toda A, or CTR cams??
(somewhere between 3500-7000rpms...)

He also added JDM ITR or CTR pistons to his block with a Mugen headgasket. And also had a Mugen ECU which Im sure those mods played a big roll.
SIINSi made 200+whp on a stock JDM ITR motor(block) with JUN3's but he also was running the JUN ECU(both real, not programs)...

what kind of HP are you trying to achieve? you can get 200whp out of stockers..
The only serious mod to gain more hp is turbo ==> 300whp. Okay, that makes sense... But spending $$$$,$$ for 20-50hp ?? No !
Better throw away some weight and lighten the drivetrain => Same effect.
