Yes the Prelude and Eclipse both have a 5x114.3 bolt pattern. I'm assuming all Eclipses have that bolt pattern and that they weren't changed from generation to generation.

The offsets for DSMs are +45mm IIRC. That should be fine on a 5th gen for 6.5" to 7.5" wide wheels.
But don't forget to check the wheel centerbore size too!
