Your crossmember is the same as a Hatchbacks so you can use any aftermarket crossmember they make for HB's.

I have heard great things about the jimfab front crossmember for the ED chassis. It will fit your four door and you will be able to use a 4-1 header without having to bash in the crossmember.

Check out http://www.jimfab.com

the jimfab looks good. i have a b16 in my hatchback and they had to cut into the crossmember to get my jdm headers in. you know how the handling is harsh with the crossmember?

Hey T60-1VTECrex
I just ordered a new welder today and I plan on making crossmembers and selling them to honda-tech members for a hell of a deal. I have made one on my car as well as several other cars and they are very similar layout to the jim-fab except you use your stock radius rods and they mount in the location that jim-fabs 92+ civic crossmembers mounting points. I have found tie rod ends that thread onto our radius rods and eliminate the need for new radius rods. They will be made of 2" chromoly tubing and mount at each end with 3 bolts to the inner frame rail. They will be made to replace your stock crossmember and radiator support. they can be used for stock 88-91 radiators or 92+ civic radiators. I will make two versions, one that allows for a front mount on a b-series tranny and a version without the front mount bracket. I plan on selling them for much cheaper than jim-fab does. I would most likely start prices at $250 shipped for the standard model without the front mount. And $320 shipped for the version that incorperates an aftermarket front mount with which I will also provide. This is my first post regarding these crossmembers and i'm just putting a feeler out to see if you guys would be interested in over a $120 savings from the jim-fab crossmembers. Please instant message me with an interest or any questions. I would like to make these available as soon as April. I will warranty the crossmembers against any breaking or defects and would be more than willing to pay for shipping to fix the problems if any should arise. I would also offer a deal to the first 5-10 people who would be guinea pigs and post some feedback on my product. Thank you and i hope to hear from some of you!!!
