Default Apexi N1 Loss In Low End Power??

Ok ive had my exhaust for about 3 weeks now and ive noticed alot of low end power loss...Anyone else notice this after installing an exhaust...i know it was designed for top end and thats where i can really feel it...Post up if you've noticed the same thing..

well when you put in an exhaust that is bigger and less restrictive, yes you are gonna lose a little low end because you have very little backpressure at lower rpm's

you drive a Honda...you never had low end power to begin w/

on a serious note..

why do you care?? I look @ it like this, the only time exhaust matters is when you are racing...when you are racing I hope you are revving high, which is where your exhaust matters.

You want top end, you lose low end...you have to decide which is more important.

O i know when im racing im revving high ...I was just talking about daily driving i noticed the lag..and wanted to know if anyone else experienced this sorta thing..

I noticed the same thing. It seems to have less throttle response under 3500rpm especially at full throttle, but past that point it pulls better.

that's why some of us like the apexi ws. i do about 95% commuting and 5% racing, i need that midrange power more than i need that extra 2hp at 7,400 rpm.
