Whatever works best for your giving application and budget. I have my favorites, but to each their own.

do a search, but this is my opinion on top 3: SMSP, Hytech, Toda. But any of these headers will put a fat dent into your wallet

Search for SMSP, Toda, Hytech, Mugen, and if you are on a budget than the JDM DC ITR header.

Do you have a Type One? I was looking at the great header test. The T1R header is tops in HP an torque between 6200 and 7400. If so, please tell more. It doeesn't seem like many people have one.

Yes please tell more if you have one... It produces a very nice dyno in my opinion for being a mid-range priced header. (IPS has them for $600 as oppose to a grand for the Toda.) I'm interested in anything you have to say about the T1R header, as I've never read too much about them.
