Default steering wheel position?

Just reading the hell/toe thread got me thinking... I drive with my wheel as low as possible, but that makes it difficult to heel/toe properly because my knees touch the wheel.
Where does everybody else have their positioned?
Another thing i remember from a while back it was recommended that you drive with the wheel as low as possible to minimize the risk of injuries from the airbag.

I usually keep mine as low as possible such that no part of the steering wheel rim blocks my view of the guage cluster. When looking at the speedo and tach, my wheel rim is usually just barely above that. Of course my perspective changes w/ my seat back is "in the fully upright and locked position" vs. my normal setting which is 2 notches back from upright. If the seat back is fully upright, I have to raise the steering wheel a bit in order for it to not block the guages, which of course will give my knees more room underneath.

All the way high. Don't have a choice.
EDIT: It's not because I'm tall, it's because I got fat legs and ghetto booty
