I just got an Aluminum Dash trim with Billet Ring overlay and I had a question about the rings. The rings have this gummy looking seal type thing and I wasn't sure if you are just suppossed to mash it on top of the rings that surround the gauges. If this isn't clear, ask me to clarify.
