Hi everyone! I need some opinions on these hairline cracks that are on my rear bumper. Do anyone of you think that my car was hit or could it be a factory defect with the paint. There's no other visible damage to my bumper except these hairline cracks. They seem to be cracking from the bottom up to the clear coat and if I rum my fingers over these cracks, I can feel a bulge underneath the cracks. Can anyone give me some opinions. Thanks all!

Maybe someone gave your car a "love tap" in the parking lot or something It definately looks like something coming from force, not a paint imperfection.

 

Oh freak! All the effort of babying the car... down the drain. Can any suggest the best method of fixing it? New rear bumper?
