J's racing or Mugen Intake: Which would you choose?
I was just wondering b/c I am looking for overall better throttle response but the difference in price ($75 in my case) makes me wonder what would be the better deal?
So far I really like my J's the difference in throttle response is pretty amazing but I'd assume you'll get pretty similar results with the Mugen. With a $75 price difference I'd say go with whichever you'd prefer.

I've been wondering
How does both versions of the Mugen intake perform differently (usdm vs jdm version)
Do they produce the same numbers???

All i know is the newer type ITR version has the S2K conical filter element, and it is too big to fit in an EK (cause I tried)

Its like they are molded into any open space left in the area
$75 difference? You'd have to be crazy not to buy the Mugen Intake.
dont you have to remove the a/c for the mugen? i like my j's alot, but god damn, getting it to fit sucked.
The J's fit easy as cake. I don't know what problems you had....
Mugen can fit with a/c but it takes a lot of work and brains.
