no they're not. He wants an original HONDA made JDM front bumper as opposed to a replica of the jdm front bumper. the OEM means original equipment Manufacturer.

I think cwestindc2 or somthing like that had one for sale wit a grill for like 320 do a search.

if you are holding out tryin to find a cheaper deal i doubt you will find one . $300 is about as good as it gets and it also includes the grill , which i have seen go for $100 by itself .
