Can anyone tell me what this is on a 5th gen? Mine is lowered and I forget by now much, heh. Could someone go out and measure it on their 5th gen for me real fast please??

I have a 5th Gen SH. I don't know if there is a difference in ride height, but I measured roughly 25.25".

I hope this is what you wanted. My suspension is currently stock until my Mugen suspension arrives.

 

Hi-25.5" front/26.5" rear should be really close according to the manuals and my tape measure.
The rule for Improved Touring is to measure from the ground to the lowest part of the rocker panel-5" is as low as you can go for that class. Ride height to the jacking points is 4.5" for the Prelude or 5" to the rocker panels (I add .5" for the size of the flange).
