Default NOT GETTING ANY FUEL!!!!!!!!! HELP!!!!!!!!

Hey fellas,
I recently did a B16 1st gen swap into a 91 Civic Si. And I'm not getting any fuel to the fuel lines. I checked the fuel pump wires for power w/ a test light and got nothing. What can it be? Fuel pump relay? There is no fuel pump fuse for it (that I can find in the fuse locations.) Help. All the sensors are hooked up except vtec.

When I'm using the PR3 ecu (JDM DOHC) I get the engine turning over but doesn't run.

When I'm using the Stock Si ecu I get a buzzing sound coming from the main relay. I checked both ecu's on another 90 Civic and they both work and the relay also works in the other car.

Any Clues?

Joe

bad fuel pump, main relay or pump relay. not sure if you have the relays on top the gas tank or not. i do in my 91 lude si. but there is also the main relay behind the dash on the drivers side. not sure howto get at it.

also check the pump wires, see if you broke a connection when u swapped or something retarted like that.

welp, have to have ignition on when testing voltage to fule pump. main relay is shot if the ecus work. you should hear the pump prime itself unless thewires are crap or the relay is crap
