Default Corbeau cr1s

Hi, im new and I got a ? My friend is willing to sell me his Corbeau cr1s with brackets and sliders for $500. Anyone heard any good/bad things about these seats? Will they fade or tear? How are they to sit in? How heavy are they? Any impressions at all would be helpful. They are mint and im pretty sure the price on them is really good. Thanks in advance.

PS - I did search and only got things for sale.

First, good price, retail is $400/seat and sliders for a Honda are usually $80 or so. The dye in Corbeau's fabric seems to be good. I've seen very few with any apparent fade. In comparison, I have a customer that bought some Tenzos a year ago from another shop. Within 6 months they looked like ****. They weigh 27lbs. As for how they sit...if it's your friend has them, go sit in them. Seats are not something that are the same for every person. Some like them, some don't. Only way to tell is to sit in them.

Just bought a pair for my 79 corvette. They look wicked, feel wicked, are much lighter than the stockers and hold you in place like a motherbitch. Buy them .
