Hey guys anybody know if I can put an RSX's rear strut bar on my 2003 civic coupe?

Yes. It's for the most part a direct bolt on. You may have to enlarge the holes a bit to fit over the studs.

BTW Alot of 01+ Civic owners are installing the Spoon rear strut bars if that's something you're looking into.
