I heard they were building or built a new Go Kart race track similar to Dromo 1 in So Cal..... anybody know where it is and got any feedback/comments.

Its called lemans karting... same as dromo 1 but all knew cars(more hp's).
Its located in fremont. The website is www.lemanskarting.com
