Weird *** idel, it is a b16 and its ideling really weird, it will idel normal for about 15 seconds then it will just start reving and dying, then itll pick back up and rev, then itll die, then itll pick back up, but when it starts to idel again, it will only do it for about two seconds then it will die again. I dont know, its weird, this didnt happen on my first swap, but it did on this one.

 

my car will do thats sometimes too

 

Carb cleaner + throttle body and Intake manifold = 1st step of trouble shooting.

 

Is this only happining to you on cold morning when you first start it up??

 

maybe it could be the coolant ? sometimes if there isn't enought coolant it will do that... i had my coolant line bypassed throught the throttle body and it idled like crap in the cold.

 

usually after running it pretty hard

 

it happens all the time, hot cold, and it was doing it before i bypassed the coolant line to the throttle body also, but now its doing it pretty much all the time, and now its actually cutting off so bad that the oil pump is cutting off. and the dummy light will come on. Its really pissing me off, my other swap does not do this, its the exact same setup as well.

 

Nothing different Spade, its still running teh same, i dont get it, checked all of my fluids, there all on top the collant lines are not cloged. Im lost and getting really pissed.
