Default Bad experiance with www.misterjung.com HID kit!

My main problem with this company is trying to get in contact with them! I receved my kit very promptly and everything looked good. I used the lights for about 30 min and then the problems began. The HID balast stopped working on the right side. I wrote several e-mails to him along with calling both of the phone #'s leaving several messages. It seems like the only way to get any type of response from him is by purchasing something via his website and hoping he responds to your comments! As of today I have been with only one HID light for 25 days with still no contact. I even went so far as to travel to his house in Gaithersburg, MD to see if he was home but he was not. I am very pissed off at the poor customer service provided by this company and would recommend that everyone think twice before buying his product!

why not, HID is appearance related..... what ballasts does he put in his kits? Did you upgrade your headlight fuses to 20A?

After seeing someone post about buying a HID kit from misterjung.com I figured I would warn everyone!

*edit*

His kit did not meantion anything about changing the fuses to 20amp and the left side light works perfect. I may look into changing the fuses if any problems occur with the left light.

I had the same problem arizsun21 --- you need to replace those fuses to 20A and itll work perfectly -- I concur that the customer service isnt great, but the lights are.

Pat -- They are hella ballasts.
