Check engine light is on....

I didn't have time to read the code this morning but is it possible that it's because I haven't changed my engine oil for more than 3000 miles? That sounds a bit silly imo but it's the only thing I haven't done and that I have too. I can't see why that stupid light is on

.

The only way to know what caused the CEL is to check the code. Oil change interval is not a factor.
