99 I4 engines?

Were there 2 different I4 engines in 99? If so what are the differences?

yes. A DX motor and the rest of the I4. They were both F23s but Dx had 135 hp and the other had 150 hp. IM not sure on the rest.

The DX did not have VTEC.

Hold on, I've got ULEV-VTEC. Exactly how much hp, and tq do i have? Never knew there wasn't a non-ULEV-VTEC model.
