Default Setting FPR to pass emissions?

I have been told that I can tone down the fuel pressure to help pass emissions. What should I set it at? AEM regulator BTW.

I can only see that helping if you were running on the rich side. I guess you could lean it out, but get it back to normal ASAP. Oh yea, you'll probably want a wideband O2.

I was running rich b/c I had a blown o2 sensor. I dont want to lean it out too much just want to take every option so IM sure I pass this time.
