Default How's the acoustic feedback system in preludes work?

I didn't find anything in the search....but I was wondering how the acoustic feedback system for the stock stereos in the 5th gen preludes work. I test drove one, and turned the radio up, and the speakers sounded really good. Does the system interfere with adding aftermarket stuff? Thanks.

they dont sound good. they sound like crap. a whole lot of echoing in the sounds
ummm.. ok.

Anyhow, each of the two rear speakers have small mics on them that listen for distortion and adjust as needed. It's not too bad to swap over to after market speakers, but you'll have to bypass the acoustic feedback "amp". The stock speakers are 2 ohm and most aftermarket are 4 ohm. I'm sure you can run the 4 ohm off of it but it will sound poopy... change out the radio and throw a nice (infinity referece 6953i's for example) set of 6x9's in the back, bypass the amp, and listen to the difference
