I have not personally used the OMP seats but they've gotta be better than those Corbeaus (which I destroyed one of in less than a year...)

A buddy who imported himself from England told me that OMP is comparable to Momo and Sparco overseas, just less well known over here.

I had a set of OMP gloves that lasted a long time, replaced by Sparcos which are also lasting a long time. Perhaps it's something about those Italian products...

Having said that, I do believe that most of the Corbeaus are bottom-mount with slider rails, while most of the OMP's are side-mount with brackets. Although it depends on which model you're talking about, I'm sure. So they might not work with your setup...

All in all with seats it really depends on finding something you fit comfortably in, that is within your budget. Definitely test-sit anything you like before you buy it. If you fit best in the OMP's, make 'em work IMHO.

Hope that helps,

Jon

I have 2 OMP seats in my M3. The driver's seat is a race bucket, and the material and fit are excellent. My seat is discontinued, but it is basically the 633RS. It is a daily/toy car and there is no noticable wear on the material, even though I'm generally in jeans.

My passenger's seat is the Comfort seat. The material isn't great, and it shows a little wear. Both seats are comfortable and work well with harnesses.

I used the OMP slider on the passenger's side, and a custom mount on the driver's side.

yeah, my corbeau seat is prob a veteran version of the forza ( i think), and was purchased second hand from a friend, so it's definetly seen better days. the OMP seats looked like they had great padding in comparison to an entry level corbeau, but the OMP prices definetly weren't entry level. thanks for the input, can't remember the two i was intersted in, and i left the catalog in a buddie's car , but thanks guys.
