6 point Harness question
Ok, since I am finishing the final touches on my car to make it track worthy for the start of my long road to a Comp license, I need some questions answered.
I did a search, i found this crap this is why it is being brought up
Ok, I am purchasing a 6 point harness to keep my *** in my seat, and hopefully another one soon for (maybe) Karl, Drew whom ever has the *****, i mean death wish, i mean life insurance to take me out on the course.
I can not distinquish(tell which is better) from the individual vs. the H style harness
vs
which is better, or is about feel/comfort.
My second question is what exactly do i need as far as hardware is concerned to bolt this in, I have the roll bar. Here is what I have to choose from...
Thanks guys for reading an annoying, I can figure this chit out on my own post
I cant spel ether so donnt flam ( I cannot spell either so don't flame me, please)

stock seats, get the h-strap.
If you want to clip the harness in you will need three of those. B goes on the belt, D is your backing plates, C is the eye bolt you clip into.

I have a 6-point in my street Civic with rollbar & harness bar. I used the H style harness, which stays in the car full time. The lap belt has the clip-on ends (B), and is mounted to eye-bolts (C) that replace the stock seat belt mounting bolts (stock belts remain in car). The sub-belt needs two mounting points, and I currently have it attached to the rear seat track mounting bolts using the solid ends (A).
Yeah, and i welcomed myself to the world of 12 year old 182,000 mile rusty suspension bolts too.....
and welcome to the world of hondas/acuras (91 integra RS reference)

If this is a street car, use the eye bolts with a harness that has clip-on connectors on the lap belt. This will easily allow retaining the stock belt (mounted 'under' the eye bolt in stock location).
The big washers are for going under the unibody to stop the bolts pulling through. If you are using the stock mounts for the lap, you don't need them. You will need one for the sub belt.
If you call OG Racing (www.ogracing.com) they can set you up.
