Just ordered my HID's from Misterjung.
Thanks for the heads up. I searched HT, and all I found was one guy saying he got good service from him.
I hope I fare better than these other people.

http://www.misterjung.com has the worst customer service of any company I have ever delt with! I just hope your kit works perfect when you get it because if not you will never be able to contact him because he never answers his phone or e-mails!
He does warranty the bulbs for 3 years --- be sure to change your fuses to 20A, or youll blow em quick. When you turn on the lights, the ballast surges to about 17A, and blows the stock 15A --- they dont run that high all the time, just that initial surge.
Right.. but a warranty is no good if you cant get a hold of the guy....
Also, other kits don't seem to have issues w/ a 15A fuse... why just Mr. Jung?

Sometimes the 15A fuse will work but sometimes it won't 20A is as high as I would go for a HID kit.
My friend got a misterjung kit and it turned out pretty good
well,
i guess it's time for me to back Misterjung!
heheh, i bought my 5200K HID kit from him approximately 4months ago, the service went perfect, meaning that when he said the package will be delivered in 5days, it was on my hands after 5days.
he might not answer your e-mail quick as you wish he had, but he will answer your e-mail as long as you go to kitchen and drink one glass cup of milk, just wait and relax.
i don't know about other peeps, he has been the best internet marketing dude i've ever dealt with.
$.02
ps. by the way, those 5200K HID kit will give you freaken bright pure "white" color! i love mine, yeah mine will be slightly brighter than yours because i have the H4 bulbs on my accord... (due to the headlight housing swap to JDM style)

5200K isnt white.. its blue.. 4300K is white.. not to mention you wont have all the lumens u could have, but if u like them thats all that matters. but IMO, anything above 4300K is a waste of money..

Perhaps It has to do with the Hella ballast, I dont know my friend. I realize that most everyone around here is kickin the Philips Kit from Trevor, so alot of people dont have much Hella experience. We'll see.

I tried putting one of my Phillips bulbs and ballasts from Trevor into my mom's Avalon just for the hell of it, and when I turned the headlights on it popped the 15A fuse instantly. 20A is where it's at.
Thanks for the replies guys.
Ill let you know how things go. If he starts screwing me over, ill take action. But until then, I'll assume things are going as they should.
Once again, thanks.

If everything works when you get it you are going to be fine! I am just warning you in case you have a problem!
Guess I got to back up Jung as well.
Alan is a good guy. I ordered 2 weeks ago from him, turned out it was backordered.. I read all this type of stuff before I even ordered the kit so I was like "oh god here we go" - I sent him various email with no response, the day after he was supposed to have the kit ready to ship he sends me a message through Paypal with a cut/paste of all his emails - turns out his email server is flaking out on him again and has for awhile.
Anyways, long story short - I paid next day air shipping for the HID's and I got them 2 days after he was suppose to have them in stock. He did respond to emails but I just didn't recieve them.
He is a good guy
So far I'm happy with the kit, not as bright as the CATZ 4500K I had for about a day but definetly has the "HID look/color" to it that I wanted (7000k)
I'm pretty sure his company is a one man show and if he is getting a lot of orders it's probably a pain to keep up...
