How hard is it to replace the slave cyl. on a 93 Civic? the shop wants 8bills to replace it, my sis thought it was the clutch but it was really the slave cyl. I have done a tranny swap sturts and cams, will i be able to handle it> any pointers if i decied to dig in?

8!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! dude, wait. are you talking abuot the clutch slave??? if so, me, my uncle, and my cousin did it in ten minutes, and then we had to bleed the lines. but my uncle was just there, poining us through it, i you can do that other stuff, this is like changing a tire on a bike.

you can bleed the line with the bleed valve right where the hydralic line goes into the tranny

 

yeah it was real easy my cuz(josups) helped me change my clutch slave and clutch master cyl.
