Wiring Evap Purge Solenoid on B16A->93 CX = A20 already occupied?!?

So I went to pin A20 in and there is already a wire in the hole for A20. I'm not sure where this wire leads to.. anyone know? Red wire, going into A20. I don't have the ECU pinouts for the stock CX ecu, so I have no idea what it is..

Move a20 to a17, then run the evap purge. Hell, just take the evap purge off, you dont need it unless your in a very strict emissions state. I dont have mine.
