Who has a short gear tranny on a B18a1?
I just dropped an A1 tranny last night.
How does a short gear tranny feel for you all.
Also what are some of your plans for the motor.

i put an itr trans on a b18a once.
it was lots of fun to drive but had no top speed

I'll go about 80 at 4.000 RPM's.

you probably could not top out an itr tranny on a b18a, not enough power. just my opinion though, and maybe i'm dead wrong.

I had a B18b with a Y1 ina EG last year. I topped it out at 130mph.
Was pretty fun to drive, and it went 14.5

AEM CAI and APEX n1 Exhaust...Stock everything else, even timing.

I got a 98 Gsr tranny waiting to hook up to my b18b1.
My friend ran his on slicks, b18b1, gsr tranny/ecu, bolt ons,1890lb cx... 13.7,
All that and a 100 shot he ran a 12.6@107 ...not to bad eh.
Thats my plan except i am doing crower cams, itr tranny soon
, race header and chipper p28.
I am hoping for low 12s, then a turbo to go all out with.
Good luck with the setup.
