I want to set me hatch up for road racing. I was wondering what suspension set-ups that you are using. Likes, dislikes, and I should have boughts are welcome. Pics would be cool too. Thanks Anthony

I autocross my 91 CRX and do some HPDE. My current setup is off the shelf Koni's with Ground Control 450# Front, 550# Rear. Stock front sway bar, ST Rear. I'm very happy with the setup. It is, however, WAY TO STIFF for a daily driver. I trailer the car to events so the springs are not an issue.

You might want to check out the Road Race / AutoX forum here at HT....

https://honda-tech.com/zeroforum?id=19

Also check out http://www.improvedtouring.com

Lots of us tracking Rex's...

Me, I'm using Koni SA Sports, Ground Control sleeves, 500lb springs in front, 700 rear. Suspension Techniques adj. rear sway bar, stock Si front bar.

You'll find good alignment guides on both sites w/ a lil' searching.

I run 900lbs r and 650f on revalved bilsteins with a type-r bar swaybar in the rear and no front bar. But a good starting setup for springs would be 500r and 400f on some good shocks.

don't worry about set up..

I would worry more about driving skill...The more parts you add to the car..
harder it will be to tell what your doing right and what needs improvement..

what ever on th car is not up to stock specs make it rock solid, as it would be off the showroom floor and drive the dog **** out of it..

then mod... my suggestion....
