as some of u guys from toronto might know shannonville is a track here in toronto that we run on. i have kyb agx's and focuz coil-overs it's the same as ractive euro style ( it has a tender spring) but i'm gonna put on my tein springs for the front wit pillow ball mount and eibach ers for the rear. all i wanna know is these dimensions so i can order my ers . i'm planning to run 450 lbs from the tein and 550 maybe in the rear of course it is my daily driver.

what are the dimensions for the ractive spring the main spring that is :
inner diameter ? " inches or mm
height of the spring : ??" inches or mm

and whatever else u guys can tell me. i think i may be using just the main spring and throw away the tender.
is this harmful???????

and a next thing is that i need a rear sway bar. have any of u guys fit a type-r sway bar on adn what do u guys think of this mod ????
i don't have that much money and i am getting a good price on the type-r sway

am i missing anything else??
