Dunno if you guys can help me out, but i'll ask here anyway.
I recently bought some rims for my 95 civic coupe (dr, 5sp) they are 4 lug, but they DONT FIT MY CAR, omg i was so upset and i cant return them. Yesturday i went to a gathering point here in my town and i saw a 92 - 95 civic HB with the exact same rims, now this may be a dum question but do civic hb and coupe of the same year have different lug pattern? if so, is there a way that i can remedy this without having to sale the rims cuz i would lose a lot on them
.
any help is appreciated

The lug pattern and spacing is no different on the coup and hatchback models. You got screwed, my friend. If the spacing is supposed to be 4 x 100 you probably got 4 x 114 or something. You can figure it out by measuring between the holes (millimeters, center of one hole to the center of the next) and doing the same from center to center of two of your lugs. I forget whether or not you measure across the diagonal for this. Do it both ways...it shouldn't matter. If the measurements are different then your rims will not fit.
You can get em redrilled, but that's really no good.

this is really weird, i just measured the lugs ditance of the rims that are in my car now and is barely making it to 80mm
i dont get it... the other rims (that dont fit) is almost perfect 100... could the previous owner of my car had change the lug pattern? is this even possible?

Are the lugs straight they could be bent.
I believe that almost all hondas are 4X100, I know of none smaller.
Are you measuring from the middle of the lug to the middle of the next? It's not between them but from middle to middle.
Can you get a picture of the rims? Do they have mulitple holes? Or is it just a set of 4?

hondas only 4 lug bolt patterns are 4x100 and 4x114.3. Measure the spacing on the wheels to see if they are 100mm apart. If they are, I can absolutely garauntee you that the wheels will fit, you are just doing something wrong installing them somehow. Maybe there is a stamp on the wheels that says 4x100 on it.

The rims you bought are for an accord (87+, 4Cyl). Some rims are dual drilled - meaning that the 4x100(civic) and 4x114.3(accord) patterns are on each wheel. Ths wheels you have cannot be redrilled. If a shop sold them to you, they should know that there are 2 different 4-bolt patterns that Honda uses. Good luck.
this may be a n00b question which i am
but is it possible to do a lug conversion to that of an accord? If it is, will it be less than $400? cuz is more or less what i'm gonna be losing if i do sale does rims with tires
