Default Photoshop help...

I found a background that i like but i want to take a car from a different picture and put it on that background. I don't know how to do this so if someone could give me details it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks for your help...

just take the polygonal lasso tool, and select the outside of the car, copy it, then paste it onto the background. If its too big or small on the new background, you can do edit-free transform , to change its size.

use the extraction filter to extract the car from its background. Then copy it and paste it in the new image. When you paste it it should copy over as a new layer. You can position the new layer by using CTRL -Left Click. Its very easy.
