Default what combination of springs/shocks?

Just trying to get a general feel of things.

What spring/shock combination would you recommend and why if my pricerange were:

Sub $500?

$501-800?

$801-1100?

$1101-1500?

>$1500?

I want to get an idea of what ranges/brands/models are good for what. How extreme they are for their applications (just looks? mild racing? extreme racing?) And what benefits and tradeoffs might be gained and made.

Thanks

Hmmm. For the sub $500 category, I'd say probably AGX's & sport springs. In the $500-800 range, Ground Controls & Koni's might be your best bet.

I got a set of H&R springs with Tokico Blues and I love it. The setup costs me 600 for everything, but i have a third generation so prices may be different depending on what year your car is. My setup is a generally smooth ride until i encounter potholes and where I live they're EVERYWHERE. Good luck

Custom spring rates, adjustable ride height, the shocks are rebuildable, can handle higher spring rates & larger drops, and have a rebound-only damping adjustment.
