1 Year theft anniversary/Found my new car.
Well, It's been a long year without my R. I never thought I'd find a replacement and I would be stuck in my 260,000 mile 1989 jeep cherokee for ever. Until this weekend that is...
I have been looking into the 3 series BMW's for a long time, but found I didn't fit into the coupes(Head was smashed against the roof even with the seat all the way down and back). I stumbled across a M-Coupe this weekend, and low-and-behold I fit PERFECTLY! I am working on the financing first thing tomorrow, and hope to pick it up ASAP.
Here it is:

Strangly, I will be buying this car at nearly the exact same date as I bought my R.
Wish me luck!

Nice choice. Gotta love those twitchy, over-powered, beasts. I don't get what you are saying about 3 series headroom though. I had an e36 coupe before my teg and the e36 had way more headroom than the teg. I had inches from my head.
Looks good and should be fun. I know (from driving the m roadster) that thing has some *****. Enjoy something most of us lack...torque.

I've seen those own ITR's on the track on a few roadraces they had on TV a long time ago. I don't remeber the specific race or track though.
Hope it works out for you. It will be a nice car

Congrats on the car. I love my M roadster and have been looking for a M Coupe as well. Very rare to find one in good condition.

Nice choice!
I've always like the way they look from the back.
Do you still have some type of banner you wanted to get to the expo?
We can arrange for you to send it to me and I'll make sure it gets prominently displayed.

i dont like the wagon look .....but whatever floats your boat ....at least its one fast beast
The 255/45/17 front and 275/40/17 rear tire sizes on the "wagon" helped sway my decision a bit as well though.

I didn't to begin with either, but the real nice thing is they're fairly uncommon.
