Helmet cam
Now I've seen tons of people with cameras mounted to their roll bars and other inventive vehicle mounts, but today I saw a camera that mounts to your helmet. It is wired to the audio/video inputs in your video camera which can be safely strapped down behind your seat. It gives a much better perspective of the driver's view on the track, as you can see down the track instead of just straight in front of the car.
It was basically this device www.helmetcamera.com
Does anyone have this type of camera? I'd like to know what others think about this device before I buy it. Even better if you have any actual videos...

I was just reading in the SCCA General Competition Rulesbook (GCR) that helmet cams are illegal for all classes. Don't know exactly why but it could be to keep people from adding yet more weight to their helmet/neck load but that is just a guess.
