back seat/floor wet in 4th gen.... help?

back seat/floor wet in 4th gen.... help?

So.... i'm thinking its gotta be the sunroof tube is clogged.... my interior is ripped apart and the drain tube is pulled out, there is no clogs and no leaks in it... maybe where it drains down into the fender is clogged? i can't see down in there or know exactly where it drains to... anybody have any ideas?
