what were the extra wires you had to plug in and did you have to use obd-1 plugs inside the engine bay(i.e distributor, where the injector resistor would be)

You run your own wires from the ecu to the engine bay, he leaves a 4-5 in numbered wire off the harness. You just solder (or ghetto crimp) your wires to it and run them to the bay and put whatever plug you want at the shock tower so you can unplug it with the rest of the harness if you need to remove the engine or other maintenance. Then from there run the wire to the coresponding plugs. You will need to run wires for a 4 wire 02 so you will need that plug. If you run vtec you will need a plug for the vtec pressure and vtec switch as well as a plug for the knock sensor. You can keep your injector resistor box in and keep your obd 0 injectors so no mod is needed. As far as distributor goes you will need a obd 1 dist, then you carefully remove all of the pins from the plugs, then take the plugs off the obd 0 dist and put the plugs onto the obd 1 dist wires and pins , so in the end you will have a obd 1 dist with obd 0 plugs on it, then just plug it in.

Ok remember when I said to run the wire to the engine bay to the shock tower and put a plug there so you can remove the harness if needed. Heres a pic of what it looks like on my car, its the extra plug on top with the number tags. i numbered them and made a chart so if theres ever a problem i can go right to the wire needed and test it.

and i still run my obd0 injectors.

Yup .

I however went with the obd1 injectors and took the resistor box out. I have to do some "clean up" this summer on my wiring job
