Default Will eg springs/shocks work on a type r?

sorry if this has been asked before but couldnt find it in the search.

just wanting to know if aftermarket eg/dc2 springs and shocks would work on a dc2r? i know the lca on the type r is different so will they fit? thanks , i need a response asap.

if you are talking about a japanese "eg"...from japan, then yes the shocks and springs will carry over. if you mean a usdm eh2/ej1 then you will have to use either the civic lca for the rears and lose the itr swaybar, or get non itr integra lcas and use them... another thing to consider is that if you use civic spring rates on the integra which is considerable heavier and less of an "economy car" you will have shitty handling.
