minor Swap problem

Default minor Swap problem

I just swaped a b16a into my 97 hatch..it runs amazing except for when the motor is warm and im idling, the rmps go up to 2000 then drops to 1000 and contiunes until i start driving? anyone know why?

could be happening because your throttle body is jammed.

CEL on?? if so my first guess would be the IAC (idle air control) valve/module...have it checked out and fixed soon....a buddy of mine has a similar problem with his b16a2 and that's what needs to be replaced

my mechanic said that it should go away and if it didn't he was going to have to bleed the rad...

but thinking about it it only happends when the motor is warm so mayeb it is something that is fucked when the rad comes on...

u might have a vacumm leak. think its for the cruise control. since the hatch don't have cruise control. plug up that port.
