ITR Throttle body/Intake manifold questions on b16
Whell my 90 crx si with b16a1 is running a pr3 ecu. Its running code 5 and code 7 which i do believe is the MAP and TP sensors. I think id rather spend the money and buy a new complete ITR throttle body with new sensors for 399 and jdmhondaparts.com and a skunk 2 or jdm ITR intake manifold for 256-280 $. Is this really worth the extra ponies and will i also have to get a ITR throttle cable?. Thanks anything will be great help. Also am i leaving out anything that will be needed for the change over. thanks guys.
The MAP and the TP sensors have clips for the harness that will interchange... Swap them around and see if the codes go away.
Maybe you're lucky.

I think it would be worth it if you were running some big cams, but otherwise there won't be much of a difference.
I had the ITR mani, cams, and a 64mm OBD1 JG throttle body on my car. It made 12 more horsies than the stocker parts, dyno tuned.
I was QUITE happy with it. I went from a 15.6 to a 14.80 with that.
Also, the growl from the intake with the ITR cams tuned right is BADASS. it sounds GREAT when it pop's over to VTEC.
Sometimes, I even wish I'd stayed N/A...
