the only kit i kow of is the greddy kit. It's C.A.RB exempt.
From what i hear though it's not worth getting because in order to keep it legal you can only run about 5psi...
Once you add a bov it becomed illegal.
I honestly wouldn't be happy with 5psi..hell i started at 7psi and got bored fast so now im at 9psi....

You can not use a intercooler with that kit either, and I would not go over 5psi with out a intercooler.

someone correct me if i'm wrong but as far as i've heard it's not legal(carb exempt) to have a bov if it vents back into the atmosphere. I cant's say for certain because i don't live in cali thats just what i heard from people.
Fortunalty i live somewhere that i don't have to worry about carb, or emissions

Never heard that about the IC but the part about the BOV not being legal is true. BUT how many morons working at inspection stations know what is what and what did or didn't come with the kit?

None....so don't sweat it.

You still have to have your car inspected and it has to pass according to how they test it where you live. CARB exempt means the kit is a legal aftermarket addon. If you installed a Drag or other turbo kit, the inspector would pop your hood, pause for 5 seconds, and then he would say "fails visual, give me fifty bucks and get out".
