I'm rebuilding a 1996 GSR block. What I need are the specs from the Helms manual. Here are the specific ones I need:

-warpage of Deck
-Bore Diameter and taper
Piston
-Skirt O.D
-Clearence in cylinder
-Ring groove width(Top, 2nd, and oiler)
Piston Ring
-Top and 2nd
-Ring end gap(all 3)
Piston Pin
-Diameter
-Pin to piston clearance
Connecting Rod
-Pin-to-Rod interference
-Small and Large end bore diameters
-End play
Crankshaft
-Mains and Rod diameters
-Rod journal taper
-Journal taper and out of round
-End Play and Total Runout
Bearing
-Main to bearing oil clearances
-Rod bearing to journal clearances

If you could either post them here, email, or IM them I would REALLY appreciate it. If it's easier to scan, that's just as well- everything should be on the same page in the manual.

Cylinder Block warpage - b18c1 - standard 0.05mm max. serice limit 0.08mm.

Cylinder Bore size - 81.0mm-81.02mm. service limit 81.07.

Bore Taper - not listed??
