can someone help me with cam gears?
i am building ls vtec. i have a 99' gsr head. i just bought stage 1 skunk2 cam shafts. my question is: do i need to get new cam gears or will the ones off my ls head work?

Your stock cam gears will work to get the car running. But you should look into aftermarket ones in order to tune the motor properly.
