About that bolt on the header does it attach to the a-pipe if so use a breaker bar. I was just doing the same thing and yes those bolt are on there, but it you use and breaker bar along with a extension going in from the bottom of the car and use a lot of force it will come off.

I also took out the sparkplugs to be replace too. hmmm took out the condenser fan, the was it is too dark now to do more work on it so tomorrow i have to take out the bike and get me a snake light i think is call or something to use when it gets dark.... Didn't get much accomplish today... I when out looking for someone to weld me the fitting for the return line finally found someone but it will be done till tomorrow...

find out I still need a 1/8 npt for my oil feed line and a HKS BOV steel flange ... when to SFP and they didn't have it so I have to call Dynamic Turbo since those are the local shops then is to the internet for it if I can't get it there

tomorrow I'm installing the AEM EMS and my guage pillar while my brother try to install my i/c.. so we can then measure the piping...

change of plan on our list for today... my brother brought my oil pan with the fitting welded so I had to go to the honda dealer for the oil pan gasket come to find out that our prelude don't use a gasket just the honda bond so I got that it was like 22 dollars... came back home install the oil pan.

i had to take the black metal beam that hold my bumper since I drilled hole so i can bolt on my ic then I will also have some pieces welded so it holds good.

you can see the 2 holes closer to the edge on the beam... I need to get some bolts though about 5" long so they go all the way through..

also finish installing my DSM 450 injectors along with the resistor box that I got from sonny. no pics of that I'll take some later.

now on my way out to home depot get me some bolts for my DP and the I/C

is all here in HT just ask away but always do search you can find must of the answer to must of your question like that.... I'm still asking some stuff...

welll today I install the I/C and it looks like I will have to re-locate my power steering cooler thing that's right behind my bumper support... I have to find some hoses longer than the ones that are ther so I can cut some of the pipe and re-routed a different way... also the fitting that I bough in autozone to use on the back of my block broke inside good thing that hole is actually a fitting itself.. so I had to take that out and have my brother drill the piece out.. it work thank god... I was about to go to honda and try to buy a new one... the new sparkplugs are in now too...

If this is towards me... I would write it in spanish since english is not my first language.... but thanks for the comment...

on another note here's more pictures of my progress for today...

the I/c is on

oil pan fitting is welded

the bumper is on for i/c fitment then is coming off again... I don't like the way the I/C sticks out of the bottom but it'll have to stay on like that for now...

passenger side piping

I had to trim by fan...

that's all for today

the fan wont be very affective with the shroud gone, go to any local auto parts store and you can get those 12" slim fans for like 60$ a peice and wire them up to push and you can have it on the other side of the radiator. or i guess just wire it up pull and do it behind the radiator, it will still save you lots of room

I tough about that.... thanks I'll look into gettting that... I have two my other fan but it seen that I will have to atleast take the metal piece that holds it to the bottom since I got to run my piping under it instead than on top... I can't clock my turbo to have the pipe on the top of it cause it hits the exhaust manifold... but thanks again for the comment...
