New 99 Accord 4 cyl owner
1.At what RPM should it idle in gear fully warmed?
2. I was looking around under the hood and saw a small molded hose about 1/4 od that is clipped to the top of the radiator hose just past the battery that makes a 90 degree turn down for about an inch and ends with the end open. Is this a vent from somewhere?
